Outfit Post: Casual Color Blocking

Today I ran some errands and went to one of Jeff's games. I decided to wear the shorts that I studded yesterday paired with a new neon belt to match some other neon pieces I had in my closet. With the temperature outside rising this outfit was perfect for a day in the sun.
