Outfit Post: Neon & Stripes

I don't know what it is about black and white stripes + neon but, I have been seeing it everywhere lately and I love it! It really screams spring time and it  is a great way to dress up a basic neon tank.

    i am loving the scarf, i just recently bought a skull/crown gray/black one that is my go to, and paired with that black and white striped slitted skirt?! so perfect. your hair is gorgeous xo

    My favorite way to wear neon is with my accessories! Usually a purse or a necklace. I'm trying to find neon colored clothing that doesn't make me feel like a traffic sign, haha. Your tank looks a lot more blush-colored than neon to me though!

    Ok 1. I never wear neon, because I don't know how to wear it without looking 80s. But I bought a neon pink sports bra and realize I might need to wear more neon. 2. YOUR HAIR! I LOVE!

    i love the way this skirt fits you! i cannot do slits and i look so silly with boots and maxis, but you look so rad. i like that the neon is sort of muted too. is there a tutorial for this hair yet? want.
