Life Update + Outfit

Happy Friday everyone! I hope you all have had an awesome week. I can't believe Christmas is this week. Where has the time gone this year?! I wanted to update you guys a little with what is going on in my life.

I took a little step back in posting {you guys probably noticed} to focus more on Jeffrey, family and friends. But I am still going to be posting as much as possible. A little something we say at work is "work-life balance". Although my blog isn't my main job, my passion for blogging is just as important to me as my job and both require "work-life balance". Not saying "yes" to everything and only collabing with people and companies that truly fit my blog aesthetic is what I have been focusing on. I wanted to thank each and every one of you that continue to show me your support on STS and on Instagram. It really makes my day to read all of your sweet comments and emails.

Okay, lets take a look at my go-to staples this winter:

leggings Lululemon, top Junky Trunk, flannel Target {mens section}, booties Forever 21, bag Street Level, Michael Kors watch, assorted Alex + Ani bracelets, ILY Couture scarf, Ray Ban sunnies

My go-to look this fall/winter is a flannel tied around my waist. Not only does it look effortlessly chic, it doubles as an extra layer to throw on if you get cold. I just snapped these photos after meeting Jeff for lunch {don't mind the no-make up} :) Shop some of my favorite flannels and other pieces from this post below:

Our Wedding// The Ceremony

Our ceremony was absolutely perfect. We pushed it back a little to make it right at sunset and the lighting was amazing. I didn't want the sun beating down on any of us standing up at the front, so it turned out great! Our paster and family friend married us and it couldn't have been more perfect. Kathy from Something Old Something Older did an amazing job with the decor. It was exactly what I imagined our wedding would look like {and more}! Our short and sweet ceremony is one of my favorite memories from our wedding. And after all, it is the most important part right?! Here are some photos from the ceremony.
