Outfit Post// Mustard

You guys...one of my favorite colors as of late is mustard. I love the richness of it + the pop of color it can add to any basic outfit. I feel like it looks good not only on blondes but brunettes as well which makes it super versatile. I have also been loving boyfriend jeans. I finally have a few pairs I have been rotating that I feel fit super well + are comfortable too. Any big booty girls out there that have a hard time finding jeans like me?! The waist is always too big and the legs/booty is skin tight. I hate that! I have found that Levis fit AMAZING + the "mom jean" cut is perfect. I also love the button fly - so vintage!

PS - isn't this yarn tassel the cutest thing ever?! I found it when I was leaving Lizard Thicket a few weeks ago + I can't get enough. It adds just the right amount of boho to my LV. Best of both worlds :) I have always had a mix of styles. I love the classic clean look of skinny jeans and a leather jacket, or a feminine floral dress, or a boho flower crown. So when it comes to describing my style in one word it just doesn't always work. But I feel like mixing + matching + wearing whatever you want is all that matters. Who needs to define their specific style!? Wear what you love!

Outfit Post// Sibyl Lane

I'm pretty laid back when it comes to wearing "normal clothes". For anyone that is new here + doesn't know, I work at lululemon. SO basically I get to wear leggings + comfy clothes all day long. It's amazing. So with that being said - when I actually get ready I love wearing effortlessly cute pieces. This top from Sibyl Lane is just that. I love the embroidery detail + the cinched in bell sleeves. Pair it with some skinnies + booties and you are good to go. Check out their site {here} they are having a huge sale + be sure to use my code ALYSSA10

Outfit Post// Almost Spring

AZ has been feeling more and more like Spring except for last weekend {I was freezing!}. I wanted to share two fun Spring time looks with you from Lizard Thicket. A tip that I shared on my Instagram - I love to prolong the life of my winter accessories. In order to do that I will pair my leather over the knee boots with some of my Spring dresses for a fun boho look. I love doing this at night because it is still a little chilly and I love the look of a flirty short dress with over the knee boots. Its super flattering + looks cute alone or with a chunky cardigan or denim jacket paired on top. What are some of your tricks for transitioning Winter pieces into Spring?

If you are local be sure to check out Lizard Thicket at Dana Park. You will be hooked!

I have a little secret I've been keeping about my blog - stay tuned it may be in for a little makeover in 2018 :) More to come!
