Outfit Post: Old Faithful

My favorite thing to throw on in the fall and winter is a flannel, jeans, socks and boots. You pretty much can't go wrong when putting all of those pieces together. Whether it is combat boots, over the knee boots, riding boots or cowboy boots they all perfectly complement any fall and winter attire.

Today before class I went to grab lunch at Paradise. Keep in mind that normally when I wear jeans with holes and rips in them I get the usual "It looks like you have some holes in your pants" or "I think it's time to throw those out" bless those old peoples hearts. But today was night and day different! I got a compliment from the cashier, an older man asked where he could get "those things" under my boots for his wife and another worker said he liked my outfit. Man...today was a good day for a self esteem boost! I hope all of you had a fab day as well! Bye!

The Bevel Trunk Show Launch

Today I woke up, went running, got ready, treated myself and got my nails done, went to work, ate a home cooked meal, went to QT for a late night unsweetened mango iced tea {obsessed} and a rice crispy treat and now I am writing this. Outfit Post: Leopard & Oxblood

In-between classes, Jeff and I met at Chipotle for lunch. Their veggie salad is one of my all time favorites. YUM! After lunch we had a little time before my class, so we decided to explore around Tempe a little. We found this little ally way and thought it would be a perfect area to snap a few outfit pictures. I love all the historic homes right around campus. They are so quaint and charming. Definitely my dream area to live.

Outfit Post: Feelin' Blue

This sweater has quickly become one of my favorite shades for the season. I love how vibrant it is and the color goes with just about anything. Yesterday I didn't do too much shopping but I did, however, find this Tory Burch bag from Name Brand Exchange for $50 and a Free People sweater vest for $14. I was stoked! Later on, Jeff and I did a little more shopping and I picked up a pair of black riding boots and polka dot jeggings from Wet Seal. {Buy 1 get 1 70% off} You can't beat that!

Outfit Post: A Blessed Day

I hope all of you are having an amazing Thanksgiving day! Most of you are probably already in a food coma by now but hey, nothing wrong with surfin' the web to check out your favorite blogs right?! :) With today's weather being in the 80's I opted for some leather sandals {I'm OCD which matching leather colors i.e. my Dooney & Bourke bag}. I threw on a little beany, a Brandy Melville tee, chambray top and silver jewelry. I have to eat two Thanksgiving dinners today {my families & Jeff's family} and although I pace myself, it's nice to have a more forgiving top on for that reason alone.

I got theses pants in the summer and although they are still one of my favorites, the waist is abnormally large. Don't get me wrong I am happy about this, but I am constantly pulling these bad boys up. This always happens to me with {stretchy} jeans for some reason. 

Well Jeff had to work today, so I am anticipating him getting off so we can spend our 4th Thanksgiving together. God blessed me with an amazing family, top of the notch boyfriend, the cutest puppy in the world, friends and a myriad of hobbies. {And of course} I can't forget to thank everyone that reads STS you guys mean so much to me and I wouldn't have been able to come so far without you! You guys ROCK!

Outfit Post: A Tartan Thanksgiving

Do you ever have one of those days, where you have been running around like crazy and feel so gross and ugly? I definitely had one of those today. I was so happy after coming home from work and the gym to finally take a shower, wash my hair, put make-up on and get cute! Here is what I am wearing tonight.

Outfit Post: Polka Dots & Fur

Not going to lie, I am getting kind of annoyed with AZ's fickle weather. It was in the 50's this morning when I got dressed then towards the end of the day I was sweating my booty off. I had been wearing leather leggings but had to change because I was dying of heat stroke...okay over-reacting but you know what I mean. Tonight my bestie boo Amanda and I went to RA for happy hour for some girl talk:) Here is what I wore today.
