Outfit Post: Neutrals

I have been obsessed with neutral colors lately. I have been drawn to this "cinnamon" color so when I saw this dress at Forever 21 I couldn't refuse. Not only did the color win me over, the cut is amazing too. I love the cutouts and the way the bottom flows. I paired it with my Shein jacket {purchase here}.
