Last Week Of Insanity

I know I haven't talked about Insanity too much on my blog, but now that I only have 3 more days left I feel I should come out and share my feelings. I started the Insanity program 3 days shy of about 2 months (60 days) ago. I told myself I was going to put my mind to it and I really have and do see results. The program was created by Shaun T and he made the incredibly hard workouts fun and really made me want to do them. I recommend this program to anyone that wants to get into shape, get back into shape, or just wants to add this to their workout todo list. This program is definitely not for people who are not motivated to workout. You have to be motivated to not skip any of the workouts even when your feeling tired. I'm not going to lie this was probably one of the hardest things I've ever done and my body is definitely different from 2 months ago when I started. The high intensity cardio, plyometrics, and ab workouts were not easy! After you are done with the program you can send your before and after pictures and before and after measurements in to get your Insanity shirt. Its kind of like a motivator and award once you finish the whole 60 day program. I think I'm a little too excited to get my shirt. :) And the best thing is I have already ordered a new fun workout program to do on Monday after Insanity is over. What is it, you may ask? Hip Hop Abs with Shaun T! So unbelievably excited. I read reviews about this program online and it sounds amazing. Someone said that it is even harder then Zumba! And everyone that knows me, knows that I love Zumba. Hip Hop Abs is a 30 day program but the best part is you don't have to follow it if you don't want to. I will keep you updated about my new work out.

Alyssa

  2. Aww hi! I am so glad you found me!:) To be honest I loved doing it but I gained so much muscle which definitely isn't a bad thing! But yes it was so hard. It was hard because you didn't use any weights it was all it was just your own body. I totally recommend it! :)
