April Showers, Bring May Flowers

May has finally arrived and I feel as though the hustle and bustle of this semester is wrapping up! I only have one more full week of school and couldn't be more excited! I had an amazing weekend although I just spent half of my Sunday doing my online class, so now I can finally have some free time without stress! Friday night I got to be a Promo Girl for a Mexican Cantina called Salty Senorita's in Old Town Scottsdale. It was so much fun and I get to do it again for Cinco de Mayo this coming Thursday! I will try to take pictures but we are so busy! I will at least try to get one of my outfit. Last night Jeff and I went to the Greek Festival. We try to go every year because some of my best friends are Greek and they put on the Festival. The Loukoumades, which are little deep fried doughnuts soaked in honey and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar are a must have! They are to die for. Lets just say I can't go with out getting a plate of those. YUM! They also have other authentic Greek Cuisine like flaming cheese, Greek coffee, Baklava, and Gyros. Another one of my favorite parts of the Greek Festival has to be the Greek dancing. Last night Jeff sat out and watched my friends and I take the dance floor for some authentic Greek dances to live music. It was a blast. I hope everyone has a fantastic ending to their weekend!

xoxo,
Alyssa
