Outfit Post: Bright Stripes

For some reason I never wear this skirt. I don't know if it's because I am always pulling it down {because it tends to ride up}, or the color combinations. I styled it with this sheer orange top and thought it matched perfectly. {Confession: I have worn this hat for the past two days because I really need my eyebrows done and this hat hides them...oops haha}
