- Quick 5 minute leg warm up {I did the bike with lots of resistance}
- Leg curls 3 sets of 10 {medium weight}
- Leg extensions 3 sets of 10 {medium weight}
- Squats 3 sets of 10 {medium-heavy weight}
- Calf raises {light weight} 3 sets of 10
- Inner thighs 3 sets of 25 {light weight-high reps}
After the leg workout I made Jeff throw the medicine ball at me while I did sit-ups, caught the medicine ball and threw it back to him. {If that makes any sense}

So proud of you for getting up and moving. I have had such a hard time scheduling regular times at the gym so I try to incorporate little daily workouts into my daily routine. 10 minutes when I wake and I always try to run up the stairs at school and other places. I probably look ridiculous but I am desperate for a little exercise. I am just so swamped with school/work/life/etc. xx. McKenna Lou

Awwww thank you!!!! Yes it is so hard!! Last semester I would try and walk everywhere on campus for exercise as well, its so hard to fit it in:(
