DIY: Collar Necklace

This project was really fun to do and these are becoming so popular! Who wants to pay $30 or more when you can make it for under $10?! Score!

I finally finished my 10 page research paper and I am so unbelievably happy to be done with it. So tonight I rewarded my self with this DIY project I have been wanting to do. I hope everyone had a great Tuesday!
