The other day my mom and I went to Savers and Goodwill. I had never been to Savers before and was eager to check it out. I found this amazing silky gold and black striped shirt {$2.99} and the white leather purse {3.99}. I am definitely going to paint this purse like I did in my DIY painted purse post. I will post pictures after:) While at Goodwill I found this Mary Higgins Clark book for $1.99. I can not wait to read it considering she is known for mystery/suspense my favorite book genre. Books are a fabulous thing to search for at secondhand stores. If you read my blog you know by now that I am obsessed with VC Andrew books, well thrift stores/secondhand and used book stores are where I find all of them. Once again, you never know what you can find at your local thrift stores so take the time this summer and explore. You may be surprised at what you will find.
