Healthy Pancakes

This morning I slept in till about 10 and had absolutely no plans. I decided to try and find a healthy breakfast recipe. I looked all over Pinterest and ended up modifying the pancake recipe on the back of the Coaches Oats bag I already had in my pantry. Here is what I did.
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup Coaches Oats
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
{optional: I didn't use sugar but you could easily use Splenda or Stevia} 1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup egg beaters {egg whites}
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup water

Mix dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl, then mix wet ingredients and add them together and stir. Next cook pancakes until golden and serve. These can easily be served topped with fruit, syrup, agave syrup, cinnamon or yogurt. I hope you enjoy these as much as I did!
