DIY: Chevron Nails

The chevron trend is super popular as of late, so I decided to try and incorporate it on my mani this week. This picture on Brandy Melville's instagram inspired me. Here is how I did it.
What you need:
metallic nail polish {mine is from Forever21}
clear top coat
white nail polish
black nail polish
orange wood stick
clear top coat

1. I had a gel manicure on, so I just painted over it with the metallic and white polish.
2. All you have to do is dip the orange wood stick in the black nail polish and paint on a chevron pattern. Finish with a coat of clear top coat and it's as simple as that!

    Thank you so much Rachel and Nicole! And Nicole, I would have to say practice! I used to suck at painting my nails with my good hand. After painting over and over I have gotten a little better :)
